Looking for a solution has been hugely frustrating. Your Office license gives you the right to install either 32 or 64 bit versions. MS defaults to 32 bit, which is giving you a problem. Have you gotten past that point?

The rep asked to remote in to my computer, then find a link that only she had visibility to and share it with me.
