Top 3 posters will receive awards up to $500.
Student conference attendees are invited to submit your posters with an optional 5 mins presentation.
Posters should showcase engineering research, innovative designs, technical projects, or practical applications across any engineering discipline. Each poster should clearly present the problem statement, objectives, methodology, key results, and conclusions, emphasizing innovation, technical merit, and real-world impact.

This is an opportunity for experienced speakers to benefit the attendees, but also this is a perfect opportunity for all attendees to share their knowledge and sharpen their communication/presentation skills in front of caring, professional, and supportive colleagues.
