I’m looking for a lady engineer that must be a licensed Professional Engineer/Architect (PE) to start an engineering company. I’m a licensed PE with 30 years of experience mostly and want to start a company but I need a woman partner so as to be considered a minority company. We Arab American/AA are not considered minority so that's why I’m seeking an AA woman who must be a licensed PE/Architect.

This role can be approached as a silent partner, meaning no need to leave your current job and share the company profit.
